How to activate the correct Glutes (Medius and Minimus) when squatting, running and strengthening

Brisbane Sports Podiatrist gives some simple tips to help activate the correct Glute muscles when performing your rehab exercises. Subtle changes in body position disengage the Glute medius and minimus muscles rendering the exercise ineffective. Doing these three things will help get the burn through the small stabilizing muscles on the outside of the glutes. This can then translate to all rehab exercises and running.
