The Principles of/for Personal Growth 1. Spend time each day engaging in honest introspection. Identify patterns and the discrepancies between your idea life and your current one. How can you narrow the gap? 2. Engage in high quality education; then implement what has been learned. 3. Deeply focus on what you are engaging in without distractions. 4. Be prepared to take risks and make the changes necessary to become your ideal self.

@@dr.benjaminhardy because of videos like yours people are stuck in one place. Everybody knows everything you have said and the whole video summarized to 4 sentences. Also how can I engage in high quality education and learn more in a week than most people in a year? lets say i didnt work, eat, prepare food, and do any of the daily activities and learned 16 hours a day for a week. It gives me 112 hours. How can i learn in these 112 hours more than somebody learning an hour a day for a year? Most people practice for example playing an instrument an hour a day? So the bear minimum most people would have 365 hours throughout the year, SINCE WHEN IS 112 MORE THAN 365??? Useless content

Ben, from Willpower Doesn’t Work to Be Your Future Self Now it’s been epic watching your evolution. I have my C level team going thru Who Not How and it’s taking us to another level… We should partner on a book about weight loss because your #1 skill set is what’s missing from health and the diet industry. It’s just as much a mental game as it is physical - and until people understand the psychology behind their behaviors, and controlling actions by controlling their thoughts and brain, the obesity epidemic will continue. Im bound and determined to help change that, so after selling over $20 million online as a Fitness Pro, I’m looking for someone in psychology and neuroscience to team up with…. So grateful for all I’ve learned from you these last few years and congrats on all your personal and professional growth…. Merry Christmas! 🤜🏻🎄🤛🏻
I started to give myself 1-2 hours of deep journaling while listening to what my body needs in this moment. Each time I find something new about myself whether it's positive or negative. Ever since I've been doing this, my outlook on life has been slowly changing over time. I'm so grateful that I'm doing this. Patience has started to come more easily for myself.

That's incredible! 🎉 Deep journaling truly has transformative power. It's amazing how it helps us understand ourselves better, manage stress, and cultivate gratitude. 👏
I liked you and I liked what you had to say … and the way you said it. And then when you said you had 6 kids and you talked about actually being conscious and being present with them instead of running the loop that’s when the already genuine and humble speech turned even more genuine and now you got me in the feels and I have actual appreciation and respect for you. How many out of the many out there (of us dads) are actually present and consciously engaged with their kids instead of just being a visitor who’s mind is continually disengaged and somewhere else anxiously anxious… I’m proud of all you on this beautiful journey through this madness of a century that we are currently living in. Keep standing strong, going low and making the sacrifices to become a more valuable man that can be a greater force, provider and protector for those around him. Be more patient, with your self and with everyone else… especially the women and children. Maintain the peace and sustain the joy by being present and not taking your burdens and responsibilities too seriously when you’re not currently at full force engagement. Plan ahead but live in the moment. We are here to live. Don’t ever forget that. Don’t apologise for being a man and stop caring about what people think. Love you my brothers. Chins up and get crystal clear about the blueprints of the things you want to achieve/ conquer and build. Keep shepherding the flock as best you can. Be faithful in the little things and whoever you believe to be in charge (doesn’t really matter) Someone is… will intrust you with more all in due time.

It’s powerful information and definitely does work, however as you mentioned several times, most won’t do the work or even see the need to break free from the Matrix. We are capable of SO mush when we think for ourselves rather than simply let our minds be entertained and stimulated superficially. Thanks again and looking forward to more insights. Cheers Greg

How are you giving yourself time to think and reflect?
Chat GPT 10 bullet points Most people operate out of fear and avoid facing hard truths, which hinders their progress and growth. People may achieve external progress but not genuine personal growth. True progress means becoming more conscious and aware, letting the unconscious become conscious, and recognizing patterns and habits that drive a person. The video discusses elements of a week that can help a person make more progress in a single week than most people make in a year. The first element is giving oneself time for honesty and introspection, allowing for thinking, reflection, and analysis of one's life. All progress starts by telling the truth, being honest with oneself, and untangling layers that hinder progress. One needs to peel away the layers of their identity, personality, and goals, to get to what truly matters. Becoming conscious involves becoming more aware of oneself and what one wants and consciously creating that in one's life. Visualization and conscious creation are essential aspects of becoming conscious. Taking time daily, even just 15-30 minutes, for introspection, and honest self-analysis can lead to exponential growth and progress each week.

Thank you so much for teaching me to be over 50 times more productive than everyone else. The answer is clearly to go deep. I am looking forward to spending 5 hours in deep flow like you suggest...most people never do 5 hours of deep work...I mean they used to back in the olden days before we decided that looking at phones was the best way to spend our time. Does that mean that in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s people on average were 50 times more productive? To sum up, this video took 17 minutes out of my week, but it's all good because I am about to be 50 times more productive...courageously making power moves toward my future self while in flow, humbly...
