Catching up with all your videos - in no particular order! I’m really enjoying them. Regarding the state of the world, it’s now even worse sadly. It makes me sad, angry and frustrated. What can an ageing woman do apart from hope and pray? But yes, creativity helps, maybe not others but ourselves. The world may be falling around us but we can still have beauty in our minds, our souls, on our walls and in our journals. 🕊️

Watching you glue that stick piece I remembered something a scrapbook tutor (whose name escapes me - American) used to say - use your assets! Close the book and sit on it - the weight of our bum, and the heat from our body, helps set the glue firmly.

I love the monochromatic colour scheme it is so powerful and effective. Heh, I use a pastry brush too for mark-making. Get another one and cut the floppy bits down a bit, it makes different marks and you can scrub with it some more. Happy collaging! 💗💗

This is my favorite color combination. Don’t get me wrong I love color all of it. I love black and white I think it is so versatile and its pairing with red or gold or red and gold or silver and the list goes on gives me triple the joy. You are absolutely the most fun to watch. Hello I've been watching you on my TV all afternoon while I have been crafting loving all of your collages. I am so excited I went to an artist's estate sale this morning and I got a roll of beehive paper woohoo and some other roles of handmade paper and tons of Mark making tools for the gelly plate, needlepoint kind of stuff. Some of it I already had but these are larger pieces. I cannot wait to use them I already gelly printed two days this week. Thank you for all of your fabulous lessons and your boisterous attitude. I create as you do...from the inside out. The white feather is gorgeous. I did two pieces of collage about the Ukraine disaster. The first was all black and grey, "The Darkest Hour", and then "Red Dawn". I love watching and listening to you create.❤ You inspire me.🌺🌹❤

I am with you about the disturbing world situation affecting my art and also what I am seeing in other creators' work. Maybe that was why the black and gold piece you collaged at 25:17 looked like a disturbing face to me. I was so happy when you put that lovely feather over it. It symbolized canceling out the aggressor and bringing the world peace. Bravo!

Check Seth Apter's store, he released new colors of Izink spray. When my budget recovers I'm buying some. Love your marks I use that same brush with ink. I mixed gold mica powder with black ink, wow that's beautiful

@@FroyleArt I remember visiting Sydney and reading at a park about how Australia grew vegetables to export to Britain during WWII. The world is all in this craziness, everyone's economy depends on all the other countries. The Middle East uses Ukranian wheat, everybody seems to use oil and gas from anywhere they can get it, technology zooms across boundaries, and citizens all over use Mastercard, Visa, international banking, and all the social media (well, maybe not China). And hopefully, we all love our children, to think about the consequences of our actions. Thanks so much for all that you share, personally and artistically.

The feather is absolutely perfect! I often use baking parchment to protect the papers if I need to weight down a page under a book. I also have a heavy glass cutting board that could work better than a book. I use the glass cutting board under my gel plate.

Thanks Froyle for the info about the TradeAid shop I didn’t know that they have beautiful papers hand made in Nepal. I was seduced by the maroon and gold stripes and flowers. The price was good only $6.50 for a decent piece . Keep going I love your art it makes me happy too

I use Dylusions Creative Journal, I love the square one, but have used the ordinary one as well. It will depend on what country you are in as to where to find it. Cheers Froyle

I prefer matte medium because I like using a brush, but you can use PVA glue, a glue stick or anything else that you have! Cheers Froyle
