This is not useful for the average Joe. Most people don't enable developer options. And if for example you did, you cannot just use any laptop because you have to confirm on your smartphone screen if you will allow the laptop to access your device. So, you can only use your technic if 1. You have enabled developer options before you broke your screen. 2. You have previously connected your phone to your laptop and allowed the connection. Hence, this technic most probably be useful only to a very few people.

plenty of software out there that can do this, plus all need to have debugging on so if you havent then the fone is a brick pretty much.

does this work on windows 11? I'm having trouble with some of the links, when I put the apk file into the command window it says it can't install it.

hi khushang, i wasnt able to download the links properly the adb setup i couldnt get it and the other one too, is it possible that you can show how that is done too because the links make me download several unrelated apps and things but it isnt giving me the adb setup and the other one

bruh, that blank apk file you copied into the adb folder is not included in the description?

I can see usb debugging is enable, because you can access files, what about those phones with that feature disable? Regular people don't enable it, mostly for repairs or file transfers. So how you can access internal storage?

if you can still see the screen, you can use a usb otg connector with a keyboard/mouse. once you do that, enable usb debugging by first enabling developer options and then going into dev options and enable usb debugging. NOTE: first time you connect you will have to "authorize" the computer by selecting yes on the screen (which means a lot of un pluygging and plugging in). to reduce the in and out, you can connect a bluetooth mouse easily after using the otg cable.

Im still looking solution for this too.. My 2016 phone screen have problem, no display. Phone still work perfectly but screen. I cant access the phone through computer as need to click 'transfer files' from the phone. On my PC, the phone is blank (hidden)..

you have to open the command prompt where you installed adb, or add it as an environemnt variable

Hi khushang, i'd tried as you shown in the video also i'd turned on my USB debugging from the developer option too... when i typed adb devices and it shows as list of adb devices below that nothing and next cmd opened.... so tried ADB insall and drag and drop the apk file and click enter the result as error : device not found - waiting for device - Wht shall we do for this error?

I'm not sure about it. It may or may not work. Make sure USB debugging was on. If not, Try the other video mentioned above. With that method if you are able to connect your display, then you can do it. In this method it is important that your phone is connected to a WiFi channel same as that of your PC

theres so steps you are missing. it would help a lot if you couldve deleted all of that and done it completely from the beginning. i couldnt find that second file at all that you downloaded

Try again if it does not work then check the spelling mistake or the path to which you are installing.

Guys, this will not work for broken mobile screen.. coz you need to enable usb debugging.

Skip the adb install step. Vysor will automatically install the apk so no need to install the apk file.

Have you installed adb drivers ? and if installed then check the spelling of the name or Make sure adb is in your user's $PATH variable.
