How to 180 Backside Stall on Roller Skates | Trick Tutorial

Спорт

How to 180 Backside Stall on roller skates. This trick tutorial is a break down I saw my friend from Seoul Skaters teaching his blading students. I used it for tackling bigger ramps I was previously scared to stall on and found it worked for roller skates too.

    Your tutorials are so good! Everyone else's that I've watched so far talk way too much and don't explain things as well as you do. I was able to get my 180 backside stalls in one session because of your tips and even helped another skater with the trick, using your strategies :D

    I can get this on a 3ft ramp but not the 4ft. I’m stuck on the one foot out bit, too much of my weight goes to the foot on the deck! 🥺

    hi shorty, do you think i would be able to roll in and out of the ramp and just overall do the trick without grind blocks on my skates???

  • @ShortysSkateSeries

    Hi. Yes you can roll in and out and do this trick without grind blocks. You can check out this video which helps explain the different foot and body position of doing tricks with and without blocks. Without blocks it's more a hooking feeling. kzread.info/dash/bejne/q5uF0MmeqK6wYsY.html

    i don't understand the difference between a half cab and a backside stall 😬

  • @ShortysSkateSeries

    @ShortysSkateSeries

    2 жыл бұрын

    A backside stall is where you skate forward up the ramp and jump 180 to land on the coping. A half cab is where you skate fakie/ backwards up the ramp and jump 180 to land on the coping

    Are you jumping or pulling your knees up at all at the top?

  • @ShortysSkateSeries

    @ShortysSkateSeries

    2 жыл бұрын

    Pulling my knees. With all tricks, I will pump hard to get the pop/ height and then lift my knees.
