I guess my sidequest should be using my nicer supplies more often in general, I got the majority of them for free from college but I hold off using them in dread of having to pay for replacements someday, but it keeps me from making the art I want to make more often.

I TOTALLY understand that!! I used to paint only with my cheaper gouache for fear of "wasting" the nice ones. But the only way to waste paint is to never use it! What supplies are your favorites?

Sort of! When I'm painting skies, I like to lay down a layer of white first and paint the colors directly into it. It makes it a bit more pastel!!

just.. beautiful 😍🥹🌷 I was always so into Painting and drawing and I honestly have no idea what happened but I stopped. Like completely 😭. I draw every once in a while but nothing much. I have been looking for inspiration alll over and after what? 8 months or so 😶 I am finally inspired! The rundown aesthetic you have mentioned makes me think of so many beautiful scenes to paint 😍 definitely going to explore with that! I thankyou so much and it's the perfect timing cause it's my mid term break 😂

Aww thank you so, so much!! I definitely go through phases where I focus less on art and more on other Life Things, too. Totally normal! Life is full of ebbs and flows and balancing of priorities. But I'm so glad you're inspired to get back to creating!! And I hope you have an awesome mid-term break 💛
