I'm trying to find some that fit but my bones are petite and my muscles are not I have a ladies large next to no compressions on my knee but the bottom cuts off circulation

Damn lol i throw mine on inside out so i can pull them uponto my quads lol cause usually the calves are hard to get past
I got a size large( I measured 40cm) and it fits a little snug but the problem is that the back of it is digging into my hamstring. Is that normal and what does that mean? I put it on as shown in the video
Just received my knee sleeves in the mail today. I measured and ordered a medium and thought it felt fine when I pulled them on. After watching this video, I'm wondering if they are possibly too big? I'm a lot small than you... Do they stretch out overtime?

I ordered medium size and I have to pull little more to get them on they feel tight and I can put two fingers in . I wonder if the size is right 🤔

Sizing for the knee sleeves differs from person to person because everyone has a preferred tightness. If you're doing your workout and the sleeves are slipping or falling down or they just don't feel tight enough, you may need a size down for a tighter fit.
