    Another Great pod and what an inspiration keep up the hard work💪🏼. Just an idea for your weekday issues maybe a stand at somewhere like Boxpark Wembley or another venue like that, I know Digbeth Dining club would be another great option. There are tons of venues like these around the country now.

    I'd be looking for local pubs (that don't do food) with carparks and park up there the same evening each week (weekdays) and doing just eat collections etc. You may not make a huge profit, but the revenue on those days would pay for you to keep the good staff you want to keep hold of?... Someone I know does just that with a burger and shakes van.

    I didn't say his business isn't impressive, it's remarkable, I'm just concerned about his voluntary involvement in a business notorious for demanding unfathomable amounts of time and money while penalizing those who leave through extreme measures such as family estrangement and harassment. While Scientology might provide a sense of purpose, like participating in global salvation, the true benefits seem to accrue mainly to the leadership. The freedom to think independently and critically often becomes more apparent once someone has left the organization.@@wendywolfman

    I'm not downplaying his business success, but I'm worried about his commitment to Scientology. It's known for its heavy demands and harsh penalties for leaving, like cutting off family ties. While it offers purpose, it seems the leadership gains the most. True freedom of thought often emerges after leaving. @@wendywolfman

    @KMMEDIAA You can do it. You will do it. Just watched King Richard film yesterday. Richard had the same attitude as you do. Focus in your end result and never ever give up. You may have challenges but you will do it. Imagine vividly what you want and remember about it. Keep working and you'll get there.

    You should maybe do a video on companies house and how to read those numbers. It seems some of the numbers don’t match the businesses. Why is that? Genuine question.

  • @jamessinclairspodcast

    @jamessinclairspodcast

    IMO it is very difficult to read into companies house; unless the business is audited. Accounts for un audited companies are usually just abbreviated. You get full details on audited companies. To qualify for audit; single companies must follow 2 of the following criteria Their turnover is more than £10.2 million They have assets totalling in excess of £5.1 million They employ more than 50 people It’s expensive for companies to do an audit; hence people like me have multiple companies ( I actually have 23 ) that said 2 of my companies will go into audit in the next 24 months. Expensive though it is, it will be easier to sell and raise finance against.

    He could try and do a pop up shop type of thing in the weeks days via social media , target certain areas and make a date and location and be a portable pizza shop in the areas your social media’s are asking for you in , my friend does the similar think with his portable barber van has around 3-10 ppl at each location, also there is a portable fish and chip shop van near to where I live drives round certain areas and is on a live feed tracker so you always can find it and most time on live on Facebook for potential customers to see it too , Keep the good content coming, learn so much 👍🏻👌🏻 Ps my typing is shocking I know 😂

    I’d love to see an episode on how you accurately see “roas”…..on say a service based business (not shopify). I wonder how “transparent” (or legit)the ROAS actually is.

    Maybe something from another business. I worked for a florwer shop. They have a division doing parties. In the week they deliverer florwers in vases to offices and in the weekend they did parties, weddings etc. Sometimes there were events during the week. Weekly deliveries covered the cost of vans and drivers wages. And they did their money in the weekends.

    I've seen a lot of vans go to campsites during the week - normally very popular. With 8+ vans it could go to multiple locations on a specific night of the week. Was also thinking if there are other things the pizza oven could be used to make, baked goods like cakes (no idea if this would work) to provide other types of food.

    Now i'm not one to knock anyone that is doing well, however having looked out their website (which is great by the way) i must raise the point that their pizza looks pretty substandard. I'm a pizza nut and have eaten good pizza all round the world. There are some mobile pizza businesses in the UK that supply amazing pizza. Their pizza looks like they have bought pre made dough from Sainsburys!

    Probably doesn't have to be that good though? Think about it, most wedding food is pretty substandard anyway. People who choose pizza for their wedding, either want it as a late night snack when everyone is drunk - or probably don't have guests with the greatest culinary expectations!
