    Love this! I share this with my clients. I would only say that the “negative hit of 11%” on the cash is a “downside” but I think it’s important to mention that they are also buying permanent life insurance that in the future could be used for LTC.

    I liked how you taked about what the cash value is earning vrs the cost of taking the loans to see if it makes sense. Do you have a video that talks about how the pua fee(s) affects the true rate of earnings on the cash value? I'm stuck on the fact the fee can be 10, 12, 15% of the amounts you are putting into your policy's cash value. Looking just at the short term the added fees seem to eat up any earning potential. If you look long term it might be one recoups the loses. Especially if you're able to stop making premiums. But there is an added rider cost? So after 8, 10, 15, 20, 30 years will the policy owner start earning the guaranteed minimum interest rates? Minus what? Loan fees/ interest?🤔
