Or honestly, move it out of Silver. It's incredibly strong when everyone else is stuck with 'normal' Silver augments, as opposed to this vs Gold or even Prismatic choices

​@@definitelynotfrank9660 It would fit right in with Trash to Treasure, the "reforge completed items into Artifacts" one (which is already Prismatic itself). And that one already feels very powerful in some instances but doesn't seem too OP amidst the other Prismatic options. I kinda wonder if Fine Vintage could even get very slightly _buffed_ if it were Prismatic, like getting the items a round quicker or something, just because the expected power level goes up. Maybe justification for putting it at Gold but yeah it needs a tweak regardless.

I noticed how strong the new Zz was on PBE and how early you can get them through portals and augments. I told someone, "Surely this is a test for them that won't go to live." How gloriously wrong I was.

My favorite strategy is to play it with pandora items to completely brick it! Yeah, because items are transformed every round they can't stay on the bench for 3 rounds and you effectively have dead augment :D

There is a raid boss kyle variantion too with this augment, u play 7 story weaver, and Giga Buff the kyle with ur aegis, zeke, and so on. For me, i usually go for 4 reapers, pick couple of zeke and aegis, the rest is is like the typhoon, and armor pen on kindred. its not even funny, entire enemies backline alrd gone by the time the tornados is down. With how strong the comp u can make wether its zrot heavenly or not, the augment probably has to go in the future. the only time this augment is balance, is when u get it as 3rd augment.

this and the anvil instead of random component augments are so busted for silvers

Component buffet is good but it's like any silver augment that builds strength over time. It's got spikes that are paced out differently but you lose out on immediate combat power and have no guarantee to get that power back. Low rolls happen all the time with it.

Anvil Augment/Portals is how the game should work normally. It's a double-edged sword. On one hand, it gives more player agency. On the other, it punishes reroll in the mid game by taking up bench space.

even before the 3 round nerf i taught the best way to balance it is either make em random or give less options. Still think thats it

I absolutely love fine vintage so much. It’s my favorite augment ever right now. It’s so much fun. I do think it is a little too strong considering I’ve gotten it like 6 times and so far gotten first place every time… I hope that it just gets nerfed not removed. I really like the anvil part but idk how else they could nerf it.

They could move it to Gold or Prismatic, and that's it. Chances of getting it will be lower, and if you get it, people will probably have better Augments to beat you in response

I think Riot gonna disable it next patch for sure. It is the same problem with Twisted Fate Legend in Set 9, Gunner/Deadeye Zeke Spam.

I just used this augment to transform 2 temporary items given to me into support item anvils :^)

I actually really like the idea of the Zerg build, i really hope Mort balances it without killing it :D

I like to use storyweaver with this the most because they have amazing early game to keep your HP so you can get more support items later, heavenly just have shit early game. just zzrot eagis raduin and you have infinite frontline while gigabuff your kayle

I fucking love Fine Vintage. Won a few games with it and it's just deceptively good and also very fun to play with.

The devs can't think of every possible incompatibility between every augment and disable them from being offered together. It's not even a bug, Pandora's changes the items. It becomes a DIFFERNT item. If your Statik Shiv becomes a Dragon Claw it obviously isn't the Shiv anymore.

Imo the most broken one is infernal contract in hyper roll

So broken that i didn't get this in 40 silver starts. And when i will get this - it would be 2 zz'rots at max. 1 in 100 games.

I had this augument the other day and I was like "how tf is that silver augument" xd

Fine vintage is way stronger than trash to treasure, despite the fact that you could choose your support item instead of random

Playing reroll yasuo is also a super strong way to play fine vintage

i have a 100% fine vintage win rate so far, I can't believe I don't see people abusing it more.

Just make them wait 8 rounds.

just 5 more teams that "destroy meta" and maybe we can see less than 4 ppl every lobby trying bard/aphelios reroll

I played a lobby with three people doing this. I think I got first. Turns out annie completely countered the zzrots LOL

Getting 3 Zephyrs is not fun for the enemies
