I think I already see a change for the better and only you know your body and what makes you feel good or not! Too many judge when they are not in your situation and that's sad! I get that you want to hold off on the holidays, they can be very emotional and hard and especially being your first year without Denis! Honey you worry about you and not anyone else. I am praying for you and I know you will pull through. I see a strength in you and I know you know what's best! I'm so glad you do these vids to update all of us because remember You tube is your family too and we do care. Just like you said to take one day at a time since we are not promised a tomorrow and we are not suppose to worry about that. Stay strong and stay positive. Hugs to you

Colleenrenee1 yes I already am feeling better meds aren’t everything it’s a lot of hard work and I want to do that hard work so I don’t have to take them but we are taking one day at a time everyone on my medical team knows except for the testosterone doctors they will know soon on my next visit in a few weeks I want counseling not medication
