I live in Nicaragua near a town that was renamed after the Contra affair to the Spanish word for ghost. Huge cemeteries around the area. There are mass graves scattered about like Indian mounds with a marker to say that the mound is a mass grave. One man I know said he was around 9 years old when this happened. He said the CIA came in and game him and other kids cocaine and automatic weapons and told him to shoot anything that moved. He was a kid and did it. Another friend saw his aunt’s house blown up. Another (actually a bunch) had their schools close because of the fighting, so there is now an entire group that has little to no education. A lot of them end up in Costa Rica to work as gardeners or domestic servants. On my own property we have found pieces of weapons,shells, soles of boots, belt buckles all remains from someone that died on that spot. Innocent people. It is truly despicable what Reagan and his cronies did. No regard for human life whatsoever. So ashamed my tax dollars helped pay for this atrocity.

I actually learned about this back in the day by American dad and their Oliver north song. I mentioned this to my history teacher and he really liked about how I knew about this. We later talked about other not talked about topics like this and he was asked to stop by the school for being "unpatriotic" and was shut down by the district after saying no. But the Ollie north song taught me to never trust what the government says on the surface. Someone is always making money off of your own suffering.

@@ghostsniperable353 mine half the time. Most of the students at that school weren’t Catholic, so the school felt the need to “adapt to their needs” or something. This frustrated me, who had been at that school since first grade and thought that all the material being discussed was just a review of previous years’ lessons. Needless to say I finished that year with a 101 on the report card (my last test was a 100 with three ponies points for a related activity).

I remember this piece of History very clearly, in fact I was in the United States Navy aboard the USS Ranger CV-61.. we just left Bremerton dry docks and headed to San Diego.. in November 1985 I was just supervisor of the radio room.. and personally handled top secret messages.. the one message I clearly remember it was for the big five one being from the Commander in Chief AKA Ronald Reagan.. the message said to collect all used Tomcat F14 spare parts and to put new parts on and take them immediately off declaring them as used.. package them up and transfer them to a supply ship I believe it was the USS Wichita but I'm not sure.. I knew we had sanctions against Iran but it clearly said that these parts are going to Iran in exchange for something.. I asked the COW- chief of the watch who is a Senior Chief.. as I approached his desk I said chief don't we have sanctions against Iran he took the message from me oh surprise read it and shook his head and said Draper don't ask don't tell process it.. and I did to the air boss and the Air Wing I knew them that Reagan was guilty of crimes and watch the whole proceedings that were later televised and it was b*******.. at that point I was very disappointed in our government and country.. Semper Fidelis/Semper Fortis..

Or maybe the reason It "won't be uncovered until later" is because it's not actually happening anymore? Almost like the US government learned that Americans dont want their government make beneficial, but shady geopolitical moves even if theyre in the US' best interest, if it results in bad things being done? Oh by the way, the US has overthrown 1 government in the past 21 years: Libya 2013. Iran, China and Russia have overthrown or started wars in 15 countries since 2013. Potentially over 20 or 30 if you want to count China's silent infiltrations of governments worldwide some of which could be silent coups.

I was never thought any of this in school, nor am I the type of person to spend time researching politics, since I find it boring and it sours my mood. I can’t talk about something I never knew. And I’m assuming most Americans are the same as me: We are more preoccupied with the issues in our daily lives, and we don’t desire to spend our short amount of leisure on problems we have little to no control over. It’s videos like this that at least let me know that politicians and the government are always to be looked at with skepticism and mistrust.
