Humberside Police works with partners to deliver a multi-agency response to mental health-related incidents. This has led to an increase in police resource available to respond to other vulnerability and crime related incidents and a better service for members of the public, who can access to the right support for them.
The scheme is now being rolled out across other forces across the country. We’ve worked with partners on the development of a national toolkit to support this, so valuable #ResponsePolicing time can be used to fight crime and keep the public safe.
