why black cleaver tho? even if it got nerfed that hard?!

For me personally i play riven like back in the days, cleaver steraks/maw deaths dance and situational items, tbh its not about items, but im not gonna go sundered sky like a lee sin or a vi, im playing an old champion with old items, not braindead broken items, and here you see viper use that cleaver, even tho 90% of new riven players avoiding it, he knows the limits when he has that exact item.

Black cleaver never stopped being a good item for riven for as long as I can remember, idk why some think the item is garbage. Only bad thing rn is the awkward build path
