  Check out alois, just look his videos on twitch shouldnt take long to find him talking about it constant teaching. Builds on riven depend a lot on matchups, game state, comps and if your ahead or not etc hydra powerfarming, jgl camps, proxy bc armor pen, enemy stack armor eclipse when ahead not so good for snowballing high dmg but your squishy and it falls off later , short trades (good into garen or jax for example) ss, good into melees dmg item / hp shojin lots of ability haste, good into ranged champions, and gives hp profane against a lot of squishies, very good dmg and burst, or when ahead. useally 3 of those items and rounding it up with death dance + maw or if they have a lot of true dmg, steraks + death dance might even steraks + jaksho or a resistance item ( you cant build steraks + maw ) very situational and playstyle depednant

  Yes, I think Alois build is better in terms of damage, but in sustain, this build is obviously better since Viper builds ravenous. Tho being a riven player and in low elo (Plat IV) which build do you recommend on most riven games? I die a lot too lmao

  It does work for the ult at 5:45. We've been doing this on lane since forever to use the mana costs of a lower level skill, yet having the damage of the skill leveled. I do this a lot on Malphite on lane. Q the enemy, the mana cost is deduced while the skill is for example lvl1, and I level it before the skill touches the enemy, consequently, when it does, the damage of the level 2 Malphite Q is applied.

  Dont build what bronce boy here IS telling u, go the gigachad way rushing black cleaver and then Spear of shojin. You Will lack some burst combo damage and sustain but u wont get oneshoted every single time u fuck Up. When u feel confident u dont need the extra HP go hydra second or even first if you are gigafed. If not build hydra 3rd and after build the Eclipse 4th. By that moment you should have somewhat nice kDa since you shouldnt have died a lot. Rushing Eclipse its not bad, its just coinflip for pro riven players, very bad choice for someone Who isnt pro. Eclipse Rush gives a lot of damage but u also get onetapped by most bruisers, especially if u get ganked, remember, you are not Viper :)

  For those who dont know - the healing from Rav Hydra active scales with lifesteal. The more lifesteal you have the more you will heal with the active.
