    This is the first time I'm seeing OHE wire installing. But no safety, un skilled laborers, still procsess to complete. The train is running. It should be still slow down.

    @@SKumar-vn1xr if the person fall from that height I'm sure his neck or backbone would get broken. Safety measures are taken to minimize the risk and to give confidence to worker, best way to stay safe is to be always alert.

    @@nkk2518 Railways follows safety 3 times..agreed, only equipment is that of railways. Men are contracted, they are neither wearing safety helmet or using a safety harness and all of them are wearing slippers in a hard hat zone. Safety is not easy buddy...

    @@atulsadanand Contact labour belongs to private company. Railway cannot force them to follow safety rules. Safety concern is pvt company's internal matter & there are safety officers of that company too

    Looks like some over grown kids playing on the top of a train...sorry sight, to say the least. Sub contracted jobs with the lowest bidder is very visible here. One can only guess, the quality and life of these over head wires and its intricate connections in a matter of time. Strange indeed.

    You're right but it is also true that Rail always gives to safety.However,the contractor is always ignoring safety and the general workers are facing the danger.
