    you must have these things in mind 1. Have a long term mindset. 2. Be willing to take *risk*. 3. Be careful, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending. 4. Never claim to know - Ask questions and it's best you work with an assistant.

    Don't give up . . .There is to much equity that you can take advantage from. Take some time out and spend time studying and doing some research on Trading Psychology. Your mental approach and stability is vital when it comes to trading. Your trades are basically a reflection of your mental state as weird as that may sound. Study it and it will all makes sense. 👍

    You didn't mention the big short sellers who create extensive negative reports to tank stock after it was pumped.

    At 4.46 you say hedge funds buy at $400 and the price goes up.. and then you mentioned now they will offer shares to others and encourage them to place sell orders to gain liquidity or push price down.. when hedge funds purchased all the shares at $400 what do they have anything left to offer others?

    It's just like playing poker. When your the big stack you can push around your weight and literally take complete control of the game by raising blinds and ante's. You can literally crush the competition or the (little guys).

    Would love to know your source for how HFs trade. The way you make it sound is the accumulate positions by a market manipulation technique called “spoofing”.

  • @MikeSerTrader

    @MikeSerTrader

    It's unethical but not illegal. It's not spoofing as they are using their capital to yield their power in the markets.

    I’m just confused at 4:32 when you say, “they force the price back down by offering large amounts of stock”. If they’re actually executing sell orders, they would be unwinding the position they just bought that initially drove the price up, ultimately going against their initial goal of accumulating a large position. You cover this by saying that maybe you’re able to buy 20K shares back at the bottom range, but this very presumptuous that you’ll be able find that liquidity at the bottom of that range.

    By selling large amounts of shares, they are essentially yelling "fire" in a crowded theater? Others follow suit, driving the price down further.

    If this were the case all hedge funds would have amazing yearly returns. So why is it that 80% - 85% of hedge funds can’t even beat the S&P 500 returns over the long run?
