One correction: nervousness is reactive, whereas anxiety is actually pretty random and persistent. They're two different emotions, related but distinct.

Anxiety rarely needs a reason to show up- it just happens, even if there’s really no real reason, it’ll make up things to be stressed about, even if it makes no sense!

Envy can make you also a dreamer. You can be envious of someones skill and you have 2 ways: stay bitter or get better and learn that skill.

I think riley's parents use to have these feelings and riley now have new emotions I think her parents know how to help her out

I acually think all the hints that envy is evil are red harings and envy will be seen as bad by the others but just wants Riley to see that you shouldn't hide emotions like envy but that's just a theory a film theory

i kinda thought that envy and jealousy is the same thing because they're both similar feelings. i think that both envy,and jealousy are kinda similar to greed and being selfish.

Ok what about this, anxiety turns to panic, envy turns into jealousy, ennui turns into depression, embarrassment turns into shame, and joy turns into love leaving fear, sadness, anger, and disgust as unwavering emotions or maybe those emotions are already in there heightened state and they could become lesser emotions like fear into nervous, sadness into melancholy, anger into annoyance, and disgust into aversion

I don't think disney would touch it, but I'd love it if the movie gave us a moment to talk about neurodivergent conditions. Maybe show us a scene of the manuals explaining what a person with D.I.D might exerpience, or Anxiety Disorder, or Autism. These conditions change the way you process, and experience your emotions, and many children, and adults know someone who has one of these and maybe don't know how to interact with that person. I would love it if Riley maybe had a classmate who was special needs and she had to help them navigate an emotion that was taking center stage when it shouldn't, but alas I don't think we'll get that.

It's going to be Anxiety, as she's shown to be in control of the control pane in HQ(it's orange), she has Embarrassment removes the Core Five, and a clip in the trailer had her welling some mind workers that 'Project New Riley can begin'.

@@kev-vr1yk Only reasons peoople think Envy would be is because 1: Envy's technically seen as a 'sin' and thus is a bad thing, and 2: they don't pay attention to the trailer to see how much control Anxiety seems to be exerting and just assume the seemingly nice and friendly Envy is going to be an overly obvious cliché twist villain. I'm serious, even Dreamworks knows Envy would be too obvious a twist villain

@@kev-vr1yk Honestly, I wouldn't even need the trailer to guess. Ennui, Embarrassment, and Envy are all reactionary emotions, they need something to happen first before they can do something, just like Fear, Disgust, Anger, or Sadness would. On the other hand, Anxiety is a causal emotion like Joy. It can happen at any time, and sometimes be the cause of other emotions triggering. That's why I'm sure she's the villain for the film like Joy technically was for the first. Another reason is because Anxiety is an emotion that... literally everyone is taught ways to ignore or suppress as it holds no positives and only holds you back through fear and worry

Riley’s parents could have a baby and she slowly realize how much time she was spending with her parents are over. Hence why joy or love could feel absent in her emotions until she learns her parents still love her. They could still add a best friend role or a possible love interest that her friend asked out first. Hence envy has a change big enough for jealousy

My favorite character off the back is Anxiety 🥲 I will see this movie 🎥 when it comes out 😊
