As someone who has been on a carnivore diet for 40 years, it seems like I get all kinds of recommendations for carnivore related content. So a video pops up about some good looking man saying how the carnivore diet changed his life. Meanwhile I wonder how my life would have been on the standard diet instead? Being poor gives me a different perspective along with the reason I started the diet, as a rebellion to the health ideas of the 1980's!

Everything you said about carnivore eating is 1000% correct. Spread the truth about it as much as possible! People need to get healed. I'm a 76 year old woman who was vegetarian/Keto for decades until at 75 I was shocked at health issues that cropped up. I switched to carnivore 4 months ago and immediately experienced 4 weeks of EXCRUCIATING PAIN throughout my body from OXALATE (plant toxins) detoxing/dumping. I cried every day from the discouragement/pain, wondering if carnivore had been a proper choice. I came through it and now just eat beef/bacon,pork/eggs/butter and added back a white extra sharp cheddar cheese for variety. It had no ill effects for me. Anyway, Davie, it's exciting the younger people like you can be influential for carnivore as well. Well done!

I have this (false?) idea that in order to be a succesful entrepreneur, you have to be super tough, often strict, always making pressure on someone (employees, etc.). Do you think it's possible to be a succesfull entrepreneur and at the same time be super friendly and respectful to everyone around you? - Even when things are not going well? Thank you!

Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet.Sorry fo i alredy posted before but i dont know what to do : I am now over 135 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else bu 400-500 g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss) I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems. I lost about 17 lbs in the first 6 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 6 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements). In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs in the last 3 weeks but might be just water. I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition. So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores: 1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat) 2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you? 3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition? I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet. PS: Most of my time as a CArnivre i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat Thank you for your attention!

Most people doing carnivore have very low or 0 on their inflammatory markers so even elevated cholesterol is fine as long as HDL is high and V-LDL is low. Its the sugar and all the processed stuff that causes cholesterol oxidation and inflammation that leads to heart disease aswell as smoking, alcohol etc. Actually everyone i know personally who have had a heart attack or stroke was a smoker and or drinker. Grass fed beef is especially high in omega 3s which is anti- inflammatory and the Sat fats are mostly the healthy kinds. Saturated fats and cholesterol are needed by the body for hormone production and brain function. Cholesterol is also required by every single cell in the body as its part of the cell membrane.
