You can have all the eye catching dives and saves in the world but in GAA one of the secrets to great goalkeeping is the ability to get back up quickly.
GAA is not soccer and the play continues whether the keeper has or hasn't the ball. When you're down your not helping when you're up you are, so practice hard on getting up quick in training.
