Hey I never said I had trouble with getting women. I’ve had plenty. My job is dominated by women so I’m constantly surrounded by them. (Hairdresser) My problem is I was wasting time with women that did not deserve a LTR with me. All I’m saying is that his book helped me not give certain women the time of day. I started "doing the work" to try to impress a girl who put me in the friend zone. As I gained more confidence she didn't look that attractive to me anymore. As someone who swings between fat and fit in 5 year cycles I can say. Getting fit is the number one thing you can do not just aesthetically. It gives you confidence you didn’t have before to succeed with women and your career. When you feel good about yourself you exude confidence and success can come as you develop other areas.

Even in the process of improving yourself you find your attraction with women increases. Women can sense laziness and it immediately dries them up.

I've found out that a girl was once engaged after the fact. I found out a lot of other stuff but initially she was acting like she is a virgin, even said that she did not have a lot of sexual experience. Women know exactly what men want and what men do not want. Your correct! Its always important to reply back telling her off or whatever. I literally had someone of my past call me out of the blue. We had a one night stand long ago and never went out again. Anyways...she just called out of the blue and starts saying she needs a 'favor' to lend her money. I shit you not...i hung up the phone on her. She texted what happened on hanging up on her and just said...dont bother me with stupid shit!

Not overweight, but took a few days off of resistance training this inspired me to re commit to the regimen. Hope that guy drops the weight. You feel so much better in every way and confident all around. Improvement with women is nice, but by no means the main benefit. Flexibility , clear head, longevity , better numbers on blood tests, pressure off joints , so many benefits to healthy living

You need to fail. You need to adjust. You need to do the things that are hard. For you. Weight is important to get in line, forget about girls do it for yourself. But this guy will just go from a fat beta to a skinny beta if he doesn't change his attitude and approach to dating. You have NO idea who this girl is... you shouldn't be falling for her on the first date, that's not a connection you're feeling that's neediness. Never tell a girl you're looking for a gf, it gives them leverage to string you along. If you tell a girl "hey I'm open to a relationship if the right situation comes up, but for now I'm just looking to keep things casual and see where they go" then they need to compete for you and having that title of being your gf. Furthermore if you don't really have an emotional connection but there's some sexual attraction between each other then you're completely throwing out the possibility of a casual relationship when you say you're looking for a gf. Being open to casual relationships will help you find a serious relationship because 1. it takes off the neediness aspect and you become a man with options that women need to compete for, and 2. plenty of relationships start off as casual and then when emotions grow over time become serious, so if you say you're looking for something serious you actually shoot down the potential serious relationships that would just take more time to develop.

Hi Rich. I am nearly 80 years of age And my simping stopped when I was 16 years old when a older friend told me how to play the game. Great vid. Women are as shallow as men when it comes to looks. If you aren't attractive and fit, you won't get someone who is the same, and genuinely wants you - just someone that is utilizing your resources in some capacity, be it to breed or fund their lifestyle. The idea that women fall in love with their hearts, and see the good guy inside you is a fallacy.

Not exactly. Most woman are more interested in the status and confidence of a man then his looks. They are more interested in the whole picture so they will ignore looks if he has value in other areas. That is primarily the male sexual strategy, read his book.

Regarding fitness/exercise. I been slack on it lately but I highly recommend body weight routine using rings and bar. Dips, pull ups, various styles of push ups etc. Good for beginners (well, anyone I guess) then move up wearing weight vest or compliment with regular weight lifting.

Good one this time ,I'm impressed. Better than what I watched a year ago.

Been in the "Sugar baby" scene for about 5 years now. Made some mistakes in the beginning, but now it's working great for me if you can compartmentalize your emotions. Just remember they are NOT girlfriend material.

Last time a girl told me we needed to be friends first, saw through the BS immediately. In fact, she told me she only slept with men after being friends with them for at least a year.
