For reference marvel universes are infinite dimensional+ and contains other universes in them making a being that destroys a marvel universe outer compared to say alien X who would be under outer as he's restricted by dimensionality

Yes technically, The bleed is High Hyperversal since it's been stated to be infinite dimensional,the timestream is beyond that and stated to be beyond space and time,so it is outerversal. Then you get to the Godsphere which Conceptually Transcends that, so it would be high outerversal. But here is the thing, the dark multiverse is a dark reflection of the map you see if the Multiverse, not just the Infinite world's in that red space( The Bleed). So he is easily layers into high outerversal, to even boundless easily.
