Was shocked to see the comment sections response to the rise lift, so went and maxed out on it myself and got 25kg as well, tried for 26.25kg and felt like an injury was about to happen to stopped, very interesting lift and I think genetics may come into play for it as I've never specifically practiced or trained for it and I don't think you have either despite the apparently impressive outcomes. I still think those grippers are weakly calibrated Pradeep! I'm a bit more experienced there, and there's just something about how casually you clamp the 100lbs and 200lbs that makes me a bit doubtful of their ratings. Not saying your grip isn't strong but the 100lbs you close like it's literally air and the 200lbs or CoC equivalent looks like it's either worn out or just poor quality from the get go, if you can casually reclamp a CoC2 like that you'd probably be able to fully clamp a CoC3 at max. I can get a CoC2.5 so god damn close I've debated whether or not it's lame to say I've got it or not but there's absolutely no way I could casually repeatedly clamp a CoC2 like you did at 8:40, I can get more than one clamp but it's a struggle and if the grip is slightly off it's a miss. I realise you can't justify getting the CoC range, check out google for the GD90 Adjustable gripper from South Korea, by far the best adjustable I've ever used, nothing else even comes close and it's 5 levels for the price of 2 CoCs.
@ARMWRESTLINGNEWZ
Жыл бұрын
When I close the grippers I usually subtract 50lbs in my own mind for the ones that are 200lbs or above. So when I close a 250lbs gripper, in my mind I consider it as a COC 2 which is 200lbs
@Nick-cp8wf
Жыл бұрын
This was an awesome video and Pradeep is certainly stronger than many think. However, this brands 200 or most 200lb grippers are equivalent to a CoC 1.5. The narrower spread also makes it slightly easier to handle. The 250lb grippers are around equal to a hard CoC 2

Yeah bro. This time we made very small increments in weights and got gassed out in just first two lifts.

When I close the grippers I usually subtract 50lbs in my own mind for the ones that are 200lbs or above. So when I close a 250lbs gripper, in my mind I consider it as a COC 2 which is 200lbs
@Nick-cp8wf

This was an awesome video and Pradeep is certainly stronger than many think. However, this brands 200 or most 200lb grippers are equivalent to a CoC 1.5. The narrower spread also makes it slightly easier to handle. The 250lb grippers are around equal to a hard CoC 2
KZread algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... good to show progress. I need to test those exact angles myself too now lol. Dunno if I can get over 55lbs on riser either
Keep on pushing, don't worry about content, just make it a habit
when my surgery heals I wanna try to hit some PR's! please update this video in a month for re-inspiration lol
Good video idea
Roman take notes 💯

Lookin good Man first thing I noticed was you have a lil more development in your forearms than usual for someone just starting out, they seem strong too u got good genetics in them forearms for sure. I’m just getting into it too maybe we’ll have a match at kott someday!
Would love to see one video every month to see ur progress in arm wrestling.. Keep grinding and getting bigger and better
to be honest I noticed you looking little buffed in newer videos, I do not compite either but watching big guys motivates me to do some workouts

Pretty decent grip bro. Should see what you can do on a dyno. Strong riser as well! Good job
Strong numbers considering u haven't done these lifts before.. Specially that riser number is very good
Pradeep is in fact quite strong good job man
Good for all of you! Good luck next time

Finallyyyyyy I love this stuff cos ur like a normal human and it’s interesting to see what u can do
Watch out for forearms and brachialis stiffness if you have never done forearm excercises. It can hurt quite alot and can take somewhere between 3 to 5 days to recover depending upon the intensity of the soreness.
Good work .

The lift yall showed Levan doing, the static pronation lift, was different in yall's demonstration. That was just a backpressure lift. Hold one side of the strap in your hand with the other side looped over the outside of your hand. And lift it with the arm fairly parallel.

Good luck on your training. Main thing is to stay injury free. I started training again this year after about 6 months of inactivity (due to injury). My goal is to become twice as strong at least in some lifts. My rizer was 85 left 100 right and now in one month left 105 right 115. In other lifts I have 15 - 30% gains. Main thing is not to injure yourself.
