as a white south african , the similarities between the apartheid regime and nazi ideology is STARK even down to the word baas (ive only heard baas and madam) it reinforces the ideology of one "master" race. Also the reservations, bantustans, were directly inspired by US colonialism and manifest destiny

Unsurprisingly, the similarity is now more obvious than ever between Zionism, Nazi ideology, and any apartheid regime. They all stem from an ill, hate-inducing notion that a group of people is superior to another.

I've met many many black SA and they are always warm welcoming while white are usually more prone to make friends with other white people and avoid people of color.. I guess changes is harder than what you expect ..and agree with what people wrote change came only with pressure, guerrilla fighting and international opinion been against Apartheid ..

When they say white people just marched, didn't work, and have money that isn't earned, this is just pure ignorance, white people busted their asses there and brought their knowledge in that parts, they were digging for gold with black people, that part of Africa wasn't civilized, black people were living in mud huts, it is essential to acknowledge that colonization introduced advancements like food preservation, medicine, and infrastructure, contributing to the prosperity of many Africans and saved millions of lives, contributed to the population boom in Africa. Now many black people can't get their own thing started there, their farms for example fail because of lack of cooperation, knowledge and sheer will to make it happen, while white farmers sussed, they get blamed and murdered: 10 000 of them were murdered in cold blood and tortured, this genocide of white farmers is still happening. Don't forget many black people entered Europe and within generation they are called British, while black people can't accept white people living in africa, who were there for centuries, And they resent white people for their communities, but if you look at education and crime statistics it's worse in black areas not because of white people, the government that is black isn't helping its people, how can white people be blamed for black families having 10 children while not having any resources to feed them, take care of them, school them etc which of course breeds more disenfranchised bored criminals or drug addicts. Also people naturally want to be with people who look like themselves and this is how communities form, they tried the "force association" but immediately there was trouble, black men were raping white women and robbing people, this is why towns like Orania sprung, where they absolutely won't take in black people, because there is so much violence, why, well race is a huge factor people can't seem to overcome, and black people really like to blame the white man for all of their ills because it takes away the blame for their own shortcomings.

Whats happened now is that the economy is overwhelmed and every gov department is collapsed and bankrupt in SA, not to mention EUROPE and the USA and Canada too. Turkey too. South Africa has more than 14 million illegals draining all resources. Great hey. locals are killing them en masse. Tribalism has now replaced apartheid and is 10 times worse. Ask the ANC about it when they murdered 24 000 Zulu men , women and children in 92-93, merely for belonging to a non Marxist party. Civil war is now imminent with 60 % unemployment.

So blacks are facing apartheid? All thanks to the ANC. It's been 30 years now...in 2024, and the ANC's popularity has dwindled to an all-time LOW! WHY? Because they are hypocritical. They lie. They cheat. They steal. They are corrupt. Our country has a dysfunctional elecricity system. The coffers are drying up. Black people still live in squallor. Infrastructure is crumbling. The ANC does not know how to look after its own people. But it is at the forefront fighting for Gaza. 1000s of kilometres away. And yet at its own doorstep, its people suffer. This country is the murder and rape capital of the world. The most HIV infections. But it wants to fight for Gaza! STOP fighting other people's battles and CLEAN UP the f*&#$ mess you made!😡 Let Gaza fight it's own battles, for crying out loud!!!!

Thanks for your video, it is well produced and gives a voice to people that is important. I do, however, think that the perspective provided is one-sided and some of the narratives are only partly true. If you want to read a book that attempts to illustrate a balanced perspective I can recommend a book called "The covenant" by James Michener. I myself received schooling during apartheid as well as after, first I was taught a biased perspective on history as told by the Afrikaners and later a perspective biased in the other direction. Both of these forms of brainwashing lead to lots of unnecessary friction between our different races. The mentioned book tries to explore the stories from all sides, Khoi-San, Xhosa, Zulu, imported slaves, French settlers, Dutch settlers, English settlers and Imperial British rulers among others. The book helped me think outside of my existing framework and I think it could help you too, and perhaps you can find additional useful parallels between the different nations.

The healing always takes much longer than the wounding, and we still have a long way to go. I believe in the rainbow, but we need to grow up fast, and set an example for the world, under present circumstances. We all believe in, and will continue to strive towards one nation and equality for all our people. I personally pray for one united Holyland, for all its inhabitants, and for monotheists across the world. We have our small role to play in South Africa, but God's own country should set a greater example than us. When our brothers and sisters are lost, we band together to find them, and bring them home, and when they've gone astray, we should band together to show them the way, and bring them back onto the path. 🙏🌎🕊️

Sadly true. Many dark skinned Arabs are descendants of African slaves & still carry that stigma. Even in Palestinian controlled areas they are often second class citizens. This idea that they are not "human" was clearly seen in the brutal murder of Tanzanian agricultural worker Joshua Mollel by Hamas terrorists on Oct 7. It is heartbreaking to see this lovely man begging for his life but the Hamas brutally stabbing him & then shooting him in the face before they stole his body back to Gaza. Horrific.

"South Africa belongs to all who live in it, black and white!" Human dignity, the achievement of equality and the advancement of human rights and freedoms, non-racialism and non-sexism are all ideals built into the Constitution of South Africa. This was the dream after the abolishment of the inhumane apartheid system, which should make everyone who voted for the white supremist NP( national party) feel remorseful - saddened by the ignorance born out of anxiety to be overpowered by a vast black majority and also determination to protect their European heritage and culture but more importantly, the hard fought for freedom - threatened by majority rule. The Afrikaner history will show severe hardship under British rule, which resulted in the uprise that lead to the Anglo-Boer War (1899 - 1902) during which 1000's of women and children died from starvation and disease in British concentration camps. I would call Apartheid a desperate attempt of selfpreservation, but still condemn the system. On various platforms today I have heard people of all races say, were our beloved Nelson Mandela alive today, he would not vote for the ANC. The minority white sector (7.3% of society) is being excluded, discriminated against in many sectors of public life - a reverse kind of apartheid and not condusive to a healthy society. Eg: BEE: Black economic powerment. South Africans suffer under the rule of the democratically elected African National Congress (ANC) with corruption and double standards being the norm. South Africans have for decades been subjected to empty promises and repetetive idealistic rhetoric, using the narrative of past endurance under the apartheid system as a means of cohesion andñ influencing the voting population. The expected upliftment through business opportunities only resulted in benefiting a selected minority: e.g. BEE (Black economic enpowerment) is a system whereby black business is favoured by the state, granting tenders to black- owned co's, excluding other races in South African society - exercising a control not on par with democratic law. The ANC government, expected to be leading the previously disadvantaged people into a new future, is not leading by example with obvious self- enrichment and advancement of civil employees who are often incompetent and not always qualified for the positions they fill. Many thousands of black millionairs were created since the start of democracy in 1994, with the abolishment of the apartheid system and the institution of "one man one vote", whereby the vast majority of black voters, which constitutes 81.4% of the population, has kept the ANC in office as the ruling party until the present day. This, while children in the country die from malnutrition and starvation. SAM- severe acute malnutritian and starvation under children in SA - especially in the Eastern Cape. Furthermore, privalent in South African society are: low levels of education, child head families, teenage pregnancies, high unemployment levels throughout the country (out of a population of over 60 million, 16.7 million people are out of work), which ultimately add to problems of alcohol and drug abuse and high crime levels. Domestic violence and violence against woman and children have become a scourge. With a mostly incompetent police force, people have to rely on private security providers - unaffordable by the vast majority of citizens. I believe the average South African to be good at heart with a strong conviction for freedom and justice, but appearances are often deceiving.

A very easy answer, my dear, stranger. In 1994 the ANC inherited a well structured and good developed country. Eskom provided enough electricity, there were enough schools and food. The ANC did not maintain their inheritance. Further more, the government started off in a revolutionary manner by chucking out all experienced people and replaced posts with unquilified people because skin colour meant too much. Ask the people why their President is fooling around with cases of other countries(Israel) while his own country is suffering under the rubble of its own genecide. - Shacks were burning off toningh...a different form of genecide.

It takes more than 30 years to change a society and a larger group of people living standard after being oppressed for so long. It's not like the entire country was poor and came rich together. Second- Mandela did an overall shit job. Freedom fighters should rule after wining. It's tends to always go bad. He could have done so much more. The hard issues of land for example could have been forced more, so by 30 years things could have become stable. SF needs a major change which is becoming harder and harder when the black elites have joined in the theft.

How I Pray your guides could all, where necessary, be HEALED of the 'bad' which was experienced in varied degrees and circumstances, across all races in this country. As are worse scenarios now escalating in other counties! There are many millions of us who stood together for a NEW SOUTH AFRICA and will continue to do by the Grace of GOD - despite betrayal of those we trusted to govern us - the Judas faction whose purpose has a history of self seeking despite the immeasurable cost to THE PEOPLE of our country. Their recent 'history' is as detrimental to the well being of our citizens as was that which many of us stood against under 'apartheid'! Do not use propoganda of ill intent to further foreign agendas against the God fearing people of our beautiful land. It is filled with the nicest and kindest, heart worthy intelligent, peace loving, 'ordinary' people, many in exceptionally difficult circumstances. Thankfully there still are such decent people in many other places in the World. Do not make a mockery of TRUE 'freedom fighters'. They were and are NOT terrorists. TRUE Freedom Fighters use 'weapons' of another order. Those are invincible. So sad that during a visit here the 'investigation' itiniary seems not to have included time to enable meeting many, if any?! Be fully aware and seek the Alive and Well Spirit of our country's REAL people who are from among all 'races' of our united South Africa. Those are not prepped or fuelled by hateful indoctrination from their varied past 'histories' of one sort or another (as some were then too, to the detriment of our country!) despite the endeavours of manipulators with foreign agendas. Those agendas are as obvious as the Writing on the Wall - and that Writing is a warning 'To Them.' ❤

There are SOUTH Africans of all color, culture and language, are trying to put the past behind and learn to live together. Im Cape Town we see many getting along. There are those that continue to have a victim mentality. Parents are the ones who can change of course of these conflicts by encouraging their children to respect others that are different to them. None is perfect and all the decorations are different but the cake is still the same underneath. We all have challenges and tragedies and supporting and encouraging one one, being empathic goes a long way to bring hope and healing to wounded hearts.

There's quite a few inaccuracies here: When the Dutch arrived in 1652, there were probably only about a million people in the entire territory that would become SA. Thus a vast and 'empty' land with small pockets of habitation. There were no Xhosa speakers in the Cape, but Khoi herders and San hunter/gatherer peoples. My ancestor was a French religious refugee who was settled in the Cape by the VOC. My ancestors (European, Malay, Bengali and Khoi) had already been living in the Cape for more than a century before the first Xhosas started migrating into the Cape colony. So for the ex-MK to proclaim that the Cape was Black (Xhosa-speaking), is just a straight up lie. Also, after 3 centuries and 15 generations, I consider myself indigenous African. It serves the racist Black elite to refer to 'The Whites' as settlers and colonialists - You can't be either if you're naturally born here and they do it to turn us into perpetual 'foreigners' in the country of our birth. Saying that SeaPoint is 99.9% White is also untrue. Maybe it was that way back in the 80s, but it's been a lot more diverse for ages! I suppose one can't spin good propaganda around the actual truth.

The reporter didn't interview any white South Africans to include their perspective, which dehumanises the entire group. White South Africans were also constantly referred to as “they” in the video. Not cool. How does re-opening these old wounds help alleviate poverty? Seriously. We all know who’s f*cking up South Africa in 2023 and it’s NOT “white” people. The ANC fears nothing more than whites and blacks working together… South Africans should never lose sight of the rainbow nation ideal. 🇿🇦
