@@Babadeepsingh306 mumma ko patanjli me admit Kiya tha 15 days ke liye unhone therepy dia or yoga kraya , basic anulom vilom, kapal bhati , unka alg diet plan hota h vhi follow krna hota h ...that's it ....or result bhot aacha h ...mumma fit or ab phele se improvement h ..bhot ... doctor ne toh bol diya tha kbhi nhi dekh skti mumma ab

Screen time meri beti ka reduce karne ke liye we advice her to watch TV which is connected to internet.So, she is enjoying and screen time is almost zero. I too have reduced my screen time.
