I also done deep research and after a gap of 7-8 months , I contacted Dr Rahil Chaudhary , I was very much confuse abt SMILE/SMILE PRO , SILK he clear all my doubt and suggested me for Silk . @@zeeshankareem7233 what is there to explain here? When they do the procedure, they keep the eye static since human eyes keep blinking all the time. They need to keep the eye wide open until they shape the lens. First they cut the cornea in a circle, flip it and then shape the lens and flip the cornea back in place. So there is pain involved. The pain reduces to a great extent in a week but it takes 2-3 years for the eye to become completely normal, as in, patients suffer from dry eye condition and need to use eye drops to keep the eye hydrated. Also there is one side effect which is almost negligible, some people cannot see light like a point it appears dispersed, like if one was crying and looking at the light. Initially that is annoying but the patient gradually gets used to it.

Lasik is correcting whatever is wrong but doesn't guarantee it will be same situation again
