Hollywood director Ridley Scott talks us through the timeline of his career. From his debut The Duellists starring Harvey Keitel to the monster hit Alien and cult-classic Blade Runner. He takes us behind the scenes on Thelma & Louise starring Susan Sarandon, Geena Davis and Brad Pitt, Hannibal with Anthony Hopkins and Black Hawk Down which won two Oscars. Ridley Scott is perhaps best known for Gladiator, which received 5 Academy Awards including Best Film and Best Actor for Russell Crowe.     I wonder if Scott, like many of his ilk, having come up from Fine Arts, Advertising and then Mainstream Filmmaking, have a good grip of the sense of scale. That gives film makers like him a great mileage, and an enviable body of work as their legacy.
