The original cost of this home was 4M and was already paid for but the original builder cut so many corners that he was fired before it was finished and another builder had to redo almost everything and the cost doubled. I was told this by one of the contractors who did the rebuild.

The house was actually paid for like almost all of Holyfields properties but he starting taking out loans on them and since his boxing career was over he couldn't pay the loans and that's why he lost them to forclosure.
