Yup, it's a Gopher tortoise. Here in FL they are a protected species. We had to make sure they weren't on our property here before we could build our house. You can move them on your own property but it's illegal to move them off your property. If you need to do that it costs thousands.

He’s such a great dad he broke his sons arm, and has been arrested for beating his his pregnant girlfriend punching her in the face and sitting on her stomach. When his girlfriend said she was scared of him, he said “you should be scared of me”. That’s the must mundane thing he said to her which was recorded on a taped conversation.

Build an emergency fund 5. Invest! Save to invest, its a proven way to get richer, very important to financial success

The injury was consistent w/ a child bracing himself from a fall. So that part of what u wrote is factually wrong. The incident with his ex she was found 2 have made most of that up-he was put between a rock & a hard place-no $ 2 be able 2 lawyer up so would have gambled on not having a chance at NFL. She was trying 2 keep him on the hook b/c she was extorting money from him 4 her family.
