The RAF coins aren't going into circulation but u can get them from the royal mint or Westminster coins

Great vid again. Just to say I also don't think we will see any Jane Austen or Aviations entering general circulation now. So expect a final circulation, including silver and gold proofs of around 100,000.

Hi AC, love these variant lists, Gotta say, I don't remember any of the older round £2 coins :-/ What are the mintages on the Britannia's? (I've heard that their all fairly uncommon?) And Happy New Year Absolute Coins, does this video mean that you'll be doing £2 hunts soon?

It's interesting to try to collect the many different £2, £1, £5, 50p commemorative coins, but unless they are in uncirculated condition and in preferably the original official Royal Mint packaging, they are basically just worth slightly more than the face value. People often forget that collecting coins is the same as collecting scarce original LPs, special edition and collectors items of football shirts, model Dinky cars, badges, comics, bayonets and medals etc, right up to motorcycles and vintage cars and Rolex watches etc.. condition is everything when it comes to the value..

I’ve got one with Charles Dickens on it and some other ones
