Itne exemptions rakhne ke baad isko digital personal data protection nahi digital personal data exemption act bolna chahiye

Aadhar card has iris and fingerprints data.Which is very personal data and it's not even seriously secured. This is a joke.

If cross border data transfer is without any restriction. Can’t those countries forward our data to the countries our govt. has banned anyway?

@@Warriror4789 that was also ur consent, any app want to read ur msgs for otp, we once accept one terma then they start extracting other data too. Now whatever u chat on whats, u will get the same advertisement on Facebook how that happens.
