"Wins every war" yet.... He's never been in a war. Chechnya was some insurgent rebels with beards and Georgia's military is literally 20 times smaller(maybe more) smaller than Russia. Ukraine is the only real war during Putin's regime and he doesn't even call it a war, nor does he control the armed forces (his incompetent generals who he keeps firing do). And we'll... We see how "well" Russia is doing. A war in which Ukraine was supposed to fold in a week has gone on for over 5 months and because increasingly unlikely to turn into anything other than a ceasefire. But this comment was just a troll attempt anyway.
