Andrew is a great mentor and friend. I too started with Pilot and I loved having the opportunity. I left to work in the field. Inside the office was great!

I was just at Pilot in FT. Worth! I had to leave my deployment before I contracted covid they had way too many people there for the amount of space 😕 however I wish I stayed EVERYONE at pilot is very courteous and helpful. Sat around for 4 days with no log in or anything whatsoever. Recruiters told everyone it was a quick orientation then WFH a lot of people of course asked that right off the bat to be told they could possible be there till May.

I interviewed with Andrew last year! Got tons of calls, never ended up taking anything as I found a different estimating job. Lots of work available though, by the look of it.

Good interview I can say. 6 months now as an IA. I wanted to quit weekly. But because Pilot is so good at caring for their people and there are many who help you stay in the game, I’ve made it thus far . VERY stressful inside. But I’ve settled in finally. And I do enjoy this company. Good people Good interview Alan

Hey, Paulo! Working on it. I'll announce when it becomes available but it probably won't be until next year some time. Thanks for asking, though. I know that it would be a good resource printed out for easy reference, especially the calendars and scheduling sections.

Pilot is a great start for green adjusters. However, the smaller firms are a much better long-term option. Great video!

Does anyone know...is being a desk adjuster something a person can do remotely or do they have to go to an office setting punching timeclock etc?

It's both. Depends on the assignment, the IA firm, and the carrier.

Just subscribed to your channel and well honestly, I've been binge watching them lol. I've been in the fire /water, mold/mildew remediation industry for over 18 years and limits my potential. So I've wanted to get into this field for a long time but priorities and life , well, you know. How do I even try to get my foot in the door for training? Getting started? Seen my kids grow up even though work limited time, now I get to travel and put years of experience from one career to transition into a new one. Any information to help me Alan I would greatly appreciate. Thank you. Jeremy.
