They live in my neighborhood and pre-pandemic I saw them walking together often. They seem very genuine and normal.

I liked hearing Domino speak. for quite a few years now I've seen her as "Penn Badgleys partner/wife" with a photo but putting a story to the face brings them to life

Domino is so cute and the way she tells the story is so funny. They are so adorable as a couple

I may be wrong but he probably was couch surfing because gossip girl ended two years prior to them meeting in 2014 and he was previously living with his ex Zoe Kravitz until they broke up in 2013…I went down a rabbit hole 😅

Midway through being enchanted by Domino I started to realize that she reminded me of that one actress from “Girls.” and I was like she kind of looks like her too… and talks a little like her… and has the exact same accent…cool! Still not thinking much of it, even though it was uncanny af, I look Domino up to see her age (wanted to know if there was a significant age gap between her and Penn bc I’m nosy) and one of the suggested ppl was Jemima Krike (the actress from ‘Girls’) and I think to myself, “well how bout that! I was just talking about her. Weird that she’s being suggested?” … I’m not the sharpest sometime :) it took a little more brain power for me to realize they have the SAME LAST NAME hahahah and I’m like, “OH WAIT, they’re sisters !!!!!! “ lol. Anyhoo, not so uncanny anymore. Makes perfect sense. Watching this turned into a journey for me.

I know both of these two are total strangers to me just to be clear but I watched Domino's Style like you years before these two met and researched everything doula. I just remember finding her incredibly healing for me at that time and just thought she was sooo beautiful in every way. Weirdly i always saw myself a little like Penn(weird only because I'm a gal) maybe because of his characters, Pre YOU (YOU...can relax) maybe because I wanted to be housemates with Milo Ventimiglia lol but learning that these two found each other and loved each other made me feel, i don't know, like perhaps I got people a little better than I thought I did at the time. Or maybe I was just a lonely bi sexual, either way I think you're both so great and appreciate you guys sharing some truth of your life with us and parts of the story of your love.

I wasn't there with them so I have no clue about their lives but here are my thoughts based on what they said in the podcast: All I heard was 'mucusy' and 'in between worlds' approximately 20 times. It was funny when she said it once or twice but saying it so often makes it sound as if she's deliberately making him sound worse than he was. Why does she paint such a bad picture of him of the time when they met? On the other hand, he comes off as very sweet and caring by calling his step son 'our eldest'. From this podcast but also from other interviews it's obvious how much of a family person he is.

It’s possible she didn’t know him at first. I am a mother and I know how I didn’t have the time to watch tv for some years until last year. And I didn’t even know Penn until last week when I started watching YOU. Even though I watched very little of Gossip Girl. But I am sure after their first meeting she’d know who he is.

I never believed in pursuing a guy. Guess it never worked for me or anyone around me. Those types of stories would always end before they start. But good for them!

I agree but feel she didn’t pursue him to lock him into anything more as a non committal type thing. She needed the extra money for the room (not sure if he did that) but then it ended up becoming more.

Somethings seems off about her like the way she was so persistent was reminds me of a stalker😹And she seems to be trying to pretend not to know who he is I mean Penn is gorgeous in every way but let’s not lie here I would have just been like wow I know you from this gossip girl and I’m so interested in getting to know you.

She was full of it. She says she wasn't looking for a parent for her kid because the father was very present but that's a lie . She didn't want to deal with her ex and it's messy and chaotic that way. She needed a family man there with her. He even said she was "persistent." He calls her enchanting. I'm so not enchanted. He could have had anyone. But whatever, glad he's happy

I would have to agree. I didn’t find anything healthy about the beginning of this relationship. She was back and forth with her baby’s daddy several times a month before meeting him. The she meets him and right off the bat invites him to live at her place; then says she wouldn’t have minded a winter fling. Then later tries to play that down. 27 yo for a young man is a time where he is literally transitioning from a boy to a man. It’s a pivotal age for a man. She’s also a doula. Doulas are basically like healers. They are extremely intuitive. He probably never had an experience with someone like that which can be very attractive for a man. Women tend to be nurturers by nature and a doula is like that times ten. In any case, chasing a man and trying to convince him it’s ok to be with you is not a healthy relationship starter. The only good thing about Donino, is that she has had her own traumas and people that have experienced traumas and toxicity are usually profoundly understanding and compassionate because they know a lot about pain and judgment.

He is gorgeous! Some very attractive men tend to go for plain looking women…….although she seems very personable, I must say.

I felt the same way they are joking but it’s not really funny particularly because she had a child. She’s also a doula. Doulas are like healers. When you have that kind of spiritual knowledge and I say. Spiritual because it’s not just about birthing a child, there is so much more to it than that, but when you have those capabilities, you really have to be clear whether you are attracting your partner because of a love connection or because the person is really needing you as a healer. Hey they’re in it now so I wish them the best we all have our own paths but I was expecting something completely different.

Hey Ruby Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. Being a parent or single parent is not a bad thing. So many people want to have a kid, right? But obviously not every couple stays together forever. That's a normal part of life.
