Agree, but given that he was playing a high school student in 21 Jump Street (2012) and Project X, it would make sense to place him late 20s/early 30s. Actors are commonly a bit older than their role at that age.

You have to take in the perspective of Victor who made the comment and is also 34. If you knew that Jeff was older than you by at least a few years, then your minimum guess is 37.

When I was 16 I could get into bars, but when I was 40 they started asking me for ID when I was buying wine at the grocers. Maybe they are just getting stricter as I age.

im in my mid 30s and at my last job someone thought I was 18. A couple months ago I went to the bottle shop to buy some cheap red wine for cookin and they asked for my ID.... ITS RED WINE FOR COOKING. Even if you think I look young that should at least hint that I'm not.

surprisingly this didn’t really shock me… they all fit their age in a surprisingly reasonable way

As a short woman, I can totally relate to this video. People automatically equate height with age. It was interesting seeing taller people who also get mistaken for being much younger. Side note, whatever happened to “3 levels of x: who’s the fraud?” series? Please bring those back!

Yeah it really is often more about facial appearance than height in my opinion. I have many short friends who have more mature looking faces and I have taller friends with total baby faces. They can be the exact same age but look totally different.

Everyone always thought I was 5-20 years younger than I was, until I had to put my life on pause to care for those who cared for me. Exceedingly worthwhile & I would do it all over again, but that’s a different topic. I have definitely visibly aged more than decade in the last 3 years. I still occasionally get some one telling me I don’t look my age; but I know that they are just trying to be kind. Previously my roommates were actually 5-20 years younger than me & frequently thought to be older than me, so that made it easier to believe people actually thought I looked younger than I was anyway.

Definitely struggle with finding a balance between overcompensating to gain more respect but also just wanting to be myself. I find this is something men in my corporate workplace have to worry about less - they can be quiet, loud, jokey, etc. and I feel as though whatever that thing is, it's just accepted at face value.
