Beard oil is really for the skin under the beard but ive found it does make said beard much more manageable.. Im a twice a day guy myself.

So happy they made a short of this, always loved that cutaway. These hilarious, eccentric, and unique OG cuts he made (he edits his own videos and did it when we worked for them) were killer. He has another that has bill and ted in it, and other stuff, etc.

Using beard oil at night is actually a really good routine. I tend to use more than I do during the morning because I'll be rolling around and I want my hair to get nice and nourished for when I get up. A good nighttime routine should make your hair that much easier to work with in the morning.

But won’t the bear oil get all over your bedsheets and pillow? My beard tends be oily no matter how much beard oil I use

@@samk7717 I've never had that problem. My beard absorbs most of it and locks it in. I dont ever have an oily beard really

I also use it before going to bed. I don't want him to be so dry during the night for so many hours

I use coconut oil mixed with honey and cinamon for my beard. hardly costs anything and the ladies love it😉

Coconut oil and honey are expensive af. Beard oil isnt

@@rockyevans1584 ? I pay less than 3 dollars for 500ml , the cheapest beardoil here is about 14 Dollar for 15 ml. Only need one Ts of honey.

I use it only once in the morning and if I exercise il throw some beard Shea butter on it and wash for a nice shine

But how often do you use Bread Oil?

Beard oil doesn't give you a better beard. You either can grow one or not grow one I never use any kind of beard oil and I have a really beautiful straight beard and my skin never gets dried out and it does never Itchy, but this guy is really good looking and has great hair and a great beard. So it's a great selling tactic for him good for him!!! But it's not true that it gives him a better beard

Never. I just use beard balm. That makes my beard soft and manageable, without being oily and making my hands a mess every time I stroke my chin.

Oil isn’t mainly for the beard though, it’s mostly for the skin under the beard. If you haven’t had any itchiness or acne it’s probably fine, but the main product for skin nourishment under the beard is Beard Oil. A high quality beard oil makes a massive difference at least for me. Balm is only for the beard, not the skin so it isn’t doing much for nourishing your actual skin. If it’s too oily when you touch your beard you may be doing it wrong. Either using too much oil or you’re applying it to a dry beard. In case you want to try oil in the future (unless you already have since this comment is old): Rinse your beard really well, towel dry it so it’s damp and not dripping wet, then apply beard oil mostly rubbing it into the skin underneath the beard, then put whatever is leftover on your hands onto the actual beard. You want the beard damp because it helps absorb the oil and pull it into the skin whereas with a dry beard it’ll sit on top of your beard for much longer. Can do it after a shower as well, same towel dry method.

Hate those short videos, so pointless.

I just use it after I wash my beard which is almost every day.
