This is why I love following you lol I've had Roma on my mind, but I only pick up GXP ships once I hit 1.4m. I keep enough backup funds incase they sneak release a must have and had all but forgotten Roma now that I'm well over my mark. I didn't think much of the Italians until I bought Cesar on sale just off a whim. Dominated with it and then chased the EA crates just a touch to restock my boosters and ended up landing all of them. After playing through the line and snagging Littorio so I could do different builds they kind of just clicked with me. It actually motivated me to finish the cruiser line too not long after that.

One of the builds I though off when Veneto came out was to give more use to the plane with Arthas inspiration. Always liked Roma, but now with the smoke, it's even better!Great review.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people just going broadside on to all these battleships and just getting sent to port immediately at the start of the match. I bet if everyone watched your videos the wowsl community would be at a good level of skill. Keep up the great videos!

The first ship I took out the moment this update dropped. I’ve gotten so many good games running AL Littorio it’s also crazy how that smoke generator changed her play style

Other than a few AI games, I have barely played Roma since I earned her. She just always seemed underwhelming compared to every other tier 7 BB. Now that she has received some love from Wargaming, I’ll have to give her another try. Thanks for the advice, it will be very helpful! Another great Video!

I think you'll enjoy her! The smoke alone adds a lot of fun features

My favorite BB to play is… Odin. Errr surely because am a DD main. 😬 Roma… 🤔🤔🤔 Interesting video though… 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I personaly play mine a bit differently, with a stealth build, i have 11.3km detectability for now and tends to push early (like with VV), of course its mostly because i don't have AL Littorio, but it works, having almost the same concealment as most cruisers you'll meet is really fun, but all in all VV is just the better imo, those secondaries just annhilate cruisers and DDs its disgusting, and its easier to have a good time while you push

Yeah VV is beast up close with those SAP seconadaries. Roma has way better Sigma and does better farther back. Especially when there's a Yamato on the flank every game lol

@@DerkaGames i don't find the dispersion to be that better on Roma than VV, though you use Miss Littorio while i'm not, that must be why 😅, and yeah kinda like Champagne you can basicaly citadel everything from anywhere with those AP shells

Hate when I'm on a flank with one or two ships, rest of team swings to opposite flank, red does same thing except now my flank is 3v6 or thereabouts.
