    @@patrickharris5917 Danger is normal. Avoiding it is normal. However, intentionally training to get punched in the face and intentionally raising that risk for brain damage is another matter.

    Our desire to punch people is offset that the other person is also gonna punch us Literally signed a contract (the waiver) Just accept it. Remind yourself i want to punch, therefore must be willing to get punched too Defensive properties aside, don't be scared to get hit. It will happen
