American citizens keep visiting NK after all of this happen so you can't blame them for being angry about that, btw they got themself into trouble the first time they think of visiting NK considering how bad relationship between America and NK are, and that is what I call Ignorant.

Oviie Mbem uh... yeah Otto took a faulty risk. he was ignorant of the danger, foolish indeed. But what does this ha e to do with national matters? the US advised against such travels during that time even before making it a forbidden act. So I'm not really sure how your point adds up.

  • @oviiembem6302

John Davis Then let me be clear. Those USA citizens visit NK for various reasons even though you know (NK seem like to hate USA and now Trump want to eliminate *rocket man (Kim)* ). Since 2 country have bad relationship so of course NK won't let the chance to torture America citizen to waste, those America citizens are the one who visit NK anyway so America can only follow the demand from NK to get their citizens back. What do you think a way to prevent this from happening? don't let USA citizens visit NK (atleast at the moment of heat like this), this why I call those people ignorant because they got themself into trouble. Edit : I just want to share my opinion about this matter, no more no less.

I believe theres a written rules there to follow, all u need is follow it like everyone does, then u'r good. Most of clueless person on earth are fooled by the goverments media, so theres no different with the rest of clueless people on earth. I have never met Otto or knew anything about him personally, yet I could read right through his confession and knew he was coerced into the confession. For one thing, Americans would never say they were lured by the US administration. That’s totally something that an enemy country would say. The only thing that didn’t look forced would be Otto’s fear and tears. Also, the government could care less about a poster in North Korea. Otto was totally set up and framed by North Korea. He wasn’t even in the hotel when the person took it.

Let me get it right. America is technically still at war with NK and yet they allow Americans to visit. Of the hundreds of them that visit annually, only a handful are arrested? For spying, stealing , entering illegally . Isn't that what America would do to visitors of their country too? If the punishment is harsh for similar crimes, then it is really an issue of judiciary judgment or punishment matters. Just because it's lax for similar crimes in your country doesn't mean it has to be the same for others. Example, for drug related crimes some countries issue death sentences so are these countries like NK too. No one put a gun to their heads to visit .
