The more other people do the work of the narc , the less blame the narc gets when trouble comes . Flying monkeys are just that Monkeys.

My coworker just blew up at me and after she found out that I am reporting the incident to the manager, she wrote an “apology letter” the has a weird twist at the end. Could you please advise how I should respond to her. Michael, I apologize for yesterday. I was very upset and reacted poorly. I also apologize for not getting you the materials you needed to be successful in this class. The curriculum will be reworked before the next class. I will be sure to be more cautious with my work and strive to support you better in the future. Do you need anything else from me to resolve this? Do you have any suggestions to avoid situations like this in the future? I hope we can continue to work well with each other. Thank you for your patience.
I am literally living this nightmare as I type this! Omg... It started on Jan 8,and has been nonstop ! The woman who started this physcho circus, is relentless! Her room is next to mine and she literally talks about me from the time she wakes up until she finally shuts up and goes to bed . I wake up to hearing, she this, she that! At first I started reacting, now I'm just sitting here watching the shit show! It sucks though because, she has slandered me all over social media, called animal control on me, called the police numerous times, tried to get my daughter involved lol. She had someone say I attacked her, faked an injury and then got a civil protection order against me . All over trying to avoid paying for an eviction that shouldn't be taking place! I was scammed by this woman. I did nothing wrong except falk for her B. S. Unfortunately the damage is done! They say the best thing to do is ignore the Narcissist but it's very hard not to stand up for yourself. Wish me luck people 🥺. Ok , back to the flying monkey show! 🤭🥱🥺🙄🤥😐😬🤬😎✌🏻🦧🦍🧿🆘🚮☮️
