    this vid motivated the fk out of me man i got a bit of success with not posting everyday so i was giving myself an excuse to keep being lazy and said i didn't "need" to post everyday but now im gonna force myself to upload every single day, without this vid i probably wouldn't do that so thank you

    DONT YOU FUCKING DARE TO QUIT GUYS, PUSH THROUGH, remember before the money, there is the love for music, for hiphop (or for whatever genre you produce), the important thing is to do it because we like it, not because we feel obliged to do it, if you then think for a second, you will improve a lot if you try to give your best for a single beat! And even if you can't manage to do a beat and can only manage to do the melody, do weekly sample packs then and you will still see results, I want to see you break the walls lessgo boys

    I preach on uploading daily, when i did, my channel more than doubled on every criteria. Ever since I stopped uploading daily due to the fact that I had to make more exclusive beats for artists, my channel slowed down a little. Going back on the daily grind soon to see if I can pick up where I left off.

    Gday Cyfal have been enjoying your content and am learning alot as I'm new to music production and am planning on a type beat channel when my beats are up to scratch. Just wondering do most beatmakers put a producer tag on their beats on youtube, wondering what the normal practice is?

    I'm starting a kpop type beat channel. Considering kpop is overly produced, it usually takes me like 10 hours per beat, and some have even consumed up to 3 days of literally nothing else. I'm trying to find balance between something up to the standards of the genre and something that doesn't drain me every time, and while it's getting easier by the week, it's also hard to fight the frustration sometimes. Thank you for your words, man! They mean a lot.

    Idk much about this genre but i know pop stuff typically sells more so this may be the one instance where its alright if you cant daily upload

    If i had to guess on average people probably use at least 1-3 hours a day sitting around watching netflix or whatever else so instead use that time for your beats If you truly have no time then it’s all about priories. Is there something you can cut out to add time?

    Honestly I've noticed so many of what I call a 'monthly channel'. 20-30 of daily uploads and then they move onto another channel. Lot of times reuploading beats which didn't have any traffic on the previous channels. Is the possibility of youtube pushing one video within the first month really that much better on a fresh channel rather than riding your old channel? Would you rather start a new channel even if you're doing the same exact keywords? (The one on my mind right now would be "R&B type beat") Thanks!

    @@cyfalii I see it the same, kinda struggle for me at my current position tho cuz just like probably everybody I made some mistakes at the start of my channel and now its just sort of slowing me down compared to just making 2-3 new channels and seeing which one takes off.

    Yo bro I have multiple channels and in my experience daily upload is reaaally dangerous. Yes it works, but it comes with a price. If a fellow reader want to do this, do you really want to produce the same beat every day for a year ? It will be succesful, but damn it could cost your soul. If you can't, keep riding the wave, but for your sanity try new things and don't be afraid to experiment and take breaks on your channel.

  • @beatsbydoubledart

    @beatsbydoubledart

    yhh this is true, maybe you could make multiple beats a day and then take breaks when u have enough beats scheduled ahead like a week or 2

    @@beatsbydoubledart if you're doing it full time yes you need to do multiple beats a day anyway. It is just that you have to frequently ask yourself if you're enjoying the process or mechanically repeating patterns, and also switching genres from like hard techno to country can provide real good value when you go back on trap beats

    I shoulda been more clear but yes for my channels i do make the same sound for the most part with some experimental stuff here and there (always gotta be evolving) For placements is where I’d say there can be a lot more creativity
