    As you can see, this man is explaining to us how muscle growth works throughout the video. It is really fascinating witnessing a skinless man teach us a valuable lesson and the cameraman for carrying such as a microscopic camera just to show us how the muscle actually grow. We need to appreciate how much effort he put on the video 😊

    Muscles grow through a process called hypertrophy, where individual muscle fibers increase in size. This is typically stimulated by resistance training, causing microscopic damage to muscle fibers. In response, the body repairs and rebuilds these fibers, making them larger and stronger over time. Adequate nutrition, including protein intake, plays a crucial role in supporting muscle growth.

    Not always because not all time pain is there... This happens when you do exercises frequently and when you get attached to it ... It doesn't mean that you will not gain... When your body is okay with the particular weight., And when muscle fibres tear.. you won't feel much pain because you get habbit of it....... But yes as you increase the weights ( of dumble or other )... Or do more heavy exercises... You may feel sore, but still if you get attached to that.. you won't feel much sore... Very less as you did on before ( or first time ).

And also I heard somewhere that your skin also gets tougher when it goes under stress, so what if one with regeneration powers were to take a bath in acid? It would continuously get tougher to the point where the skin is acid-resistant, wouldn't it?

    To add a little: sarcomeres are the unit of contraction in muscles and when you lift, your body will add more of these in parallel and in series. These are inside muscle cells which you don’t make more of. When you get a post lift “pump”, where your muscles look big, it’s due to your muscles contracting around your blood vessels, causing fluid to accumulate in the interstitial tissue, which is why you seem “swole” post lift. This goes away quickly as your body removes the excess fluid from the interstitium via lymphatics.

    +kwaad777 Did you think through this, before deciding to post it? The only difference that will happen if you eat more than 2-3kgs/month is that you'll gain some fat alongside the muscle, as 2kgs is about the maximum muscle you can build in a month. There's no such thing as "you'll only gain strength, but no muscle", it literally makes no sense.

  • @kwaad777

    @kwaad777

    7 жыл бұрын

    Lol i will say the same to you, if you weight 70 kilo know and next month you still weight 70 kilo but you're bench press went from 35 kilo >45 kilo. You only gained strenght but no muscle mass.. and make it 0.8-1.5kilo muscle/mass month max not 2kilo lol

  • @CrazyHynter

    @CrazyHynter

    Your statement is literally stupid. First of all, there is no way of not gaining muscle. What you are talking about is weight. If you don't' gain muscle, you don't become stronger -> you can't bench more. That's why, when you want to up your lifts, you eat on a caloric surplus.
