Uddhav Thackeray ji's dream project which is being built by Mumbai Municipal Corporation which comes under shivsena, as usual without taking money from the Central Government, MSRDC has given this contract to L&T company which is building this road.

It will never happen because these projects are eliminating traffic jams which leads to lesser air pollution, also you outsider don't know mumbai have Ocean surrounding which helps to reduce Carbon Dioxide so we don't need anything like what you are using now.
