It’s a Google Adsense account that KZread uses and from there you can withdraw your money into other accounts after it reaches a specific cap.

No, KZreadrs get about $0.20 to $100 per 1000 or 1k views. I have a proof on my channel. I have a video with 8.2k view that earned me less than $3 and I have a video with 509 views that earned me $50.49. So the earnings doesn't range from $1.61 to $30 for 1K views on KZread. I have proof on my channel, Thanks for this video my dear.

The amount you earn per 1k views would depend on a few things - Your country of view (top tier countries will earn you more) - Your niche (finance and tech videos do way better). - How long the video is (videos that are 8 minutes long and over have more add and hence, earn better). I have videos with an rpm of $0.50 and one of $12 (my highest so far) I hope things improve for the better.
