You all are killing it! I'm paying off ALL consumer debt before I even think about buying a property again. I bought a property almost 2 years ago that was supposed to be a light rehab. I had an excellent inspection report but made the initial mistake of not getting accurate estimates for ALL of the work noted. Turns out the rehab was way more than estimated and the property turned into a money pit. I sold the house and made a little bit (not profit just enough to pay some debt) and am STILL paying off the rehab loans. I'm so debt adverse now I don't want anything I can't pay cash for! I learned a lot from that experience for sure.

@rare2find0918 Thank you so much for watching. I am glad you brought this up because there are so many stories that do not highlight when things do not go as expected during rehab. I remember when we were renovating the property in NC, it was a total nightmare and so many unexpected things kept popping up. We honestly at one point we made a mistake taking on long-distance renovations.
