37yo white belt here! I train bjj 3 times/week plus 3 sessions of functional training with macebells and bulgarian bags for strenght and muscles conditioning and daily 15 minutes sessions of stretching. What I do off the mats help me to stay healthy enough to face the bjj training.

Excellent videos. Me and boys started jiu-jitsu 2 months ago . I'm 47 and my twin boy's are 6. We've went nuts for it, trying to soak up as much knowledge as we can. We watch your video's every time u post

Im 37, i tried everyday and was in so much pain ! All my joints were soar and couldnt even squeeze a choke ! I think this really depends on the age. After 35 2 to 3 times a week max coz the recovery is so much slower.

Im 42. I have trained for two years so far. I train 2 times a week and one open mat when i can 😅 But I do my homework ( watching some specific instructional) and drill with my dummy . Hopefully I can get to black belt in 20 more years 😂 😬🥋👈🏻 also I do exercise 3 times a week. 😅
