High barriers to entry can be very helpful to keep the low price predators and people who don’t know what they’re doing and basically work for free out of the business

Hi Jay My husband has been a truck driver for years. He recently purchased a dump truck. However before he can drive he has to worker’s compensation. Is it necessary to have that with Medicare? He is also required to have a 1 million dollars in insurance.

I’ve heard people just add you as a co owner so you don’t need workers comp. And a general liability and on the truck million dollar coverage is a minimum and a must.

Question cant you use a factoring company to get paid faster?

In some situations yes, depends if your working for a broker or directly with a contractor
