I'd love to know why those 5 coins are lower minted. What reason caused the Mint to do less? Was it purposeful? Problems with the Die? Interesting 🤔

That's a great question! You've certainly listed the two possibilities we would consider! Whatever the reason though, it certainly makes for interesting collecting! Have you got one of the lower mintage A-Z 10p coins in your collection?

@@ChangeChecker hello Change Checker, yes I have 3 sets of circulated A-Z sets, one 2018, one 2019 and one mixed. Some found in circulation, some bought, some swapped. I have the 2018 carded first edition set from you too. I love them! They're fantastic coins. 👍❤️

I have the 10p 'W' And I got it from a change machine at the arcades! I work in a supermarket and have NEVER seen any of the 10p letter coins. So must be really rare

Depending on the year if it's made in 2018 it has a mintage of 220,000 but if it was made in 2019 it'll have a mintage of only 63,000 which is incredibly low :))

Hi as I said in a previous comment I bought the full set from change checker for 55 pounds so it is looking a good 👍buy but still have not seen any in my change good informative video 🙂

I always catch the train to get to this antique shop which sells coins and I some how managed to get the s 10p from the ticket machine in change.

A carded 2019 A just sold on eBay a few days ago for £78. That’s madness

@@BoSelectaCoins it wasnt for me it was for a friend who has a full book if I remember rightly he got them off a friend who plays golf with us he goes to the royal mint in llantrisant south wales and gets the books and coins more or less as they come out he has shown me a picture on his phone with over 30 thousand pounds of 5 pound coins 2 pound 50p coins even has coins with his own name on them he buys and sells them on ebay just havent seen him since before covid thanks for getting back
