Hi! Having a certificate of 初任者研修 (or 実務者研修) DOESN'T guarantee an increase in neither salary nor bonus. But having a certificate in both 研修 will give you a chance to take the 介護福祉士国家試験. And if a 初任者 (or 実務者) passed this 試験, there will be a GUARANTEED increase in both bonus and salary. A 初任者 might have a bit smaller salary now, but if they passed the 試験, their salary WILL INCREASE. It's not a matter of advantage but more of a matter of requirement. Para sa mga hindi graduate ng nursing and other medical-related courses, REQUIRED po ang caregiving nc2 from tesda. Thank you po for commenting. 😁👍
