Literally it is the best supermarket in Panama in terms of variety You can find pretty much ANYTHING

Hi! You didn’t watch all the video because there are plenty of fruit and vegetables in it. The other items you are right, noted for the next time and appreciate you pointing them out.

My favorite supermarket in Panama is Super Carnes, but it's not found everywhere in the country. Their meat is guaranteed to be hormone-free and they sell products from small farmers. I just bought a 30-pack of jumbo eggs for $3.49 the other day. They opened up a new one near Albrook.

Have you been to Riba Smith? It's a bit pricier than the other ones (in certain products) but it's worth the visit due to the larger variety of products they offer.

All the time! Actually a little known Panama supermarket “secret” is that eggs have always been cheapest in Riba! Apart from when there was Justo y Bueno maybe! Of course you end up paying more. Also for a different variety of products (it can get a bit monotonous don’t you think?!) it’s nice to occasionally go to Super Kosher. Also now there’s a new bigger Riba (and Motta) in Coronado - things are always almost always improving!

@@EverythingPanama Yes, that's the one thing I missed the most about my hometown while living abroad, and it's the one thing that's very seldom mentioned: Things rarely stay the same and most of the changes are made to improve, meaning that we're always looking for ways to make things better and life a tad easier little by little.

Yes they have some, but for a good selection simply check out Arrocha, they are all over. There are other places too and you can find places like MAC in Panama.

Can i buy things from the supermarket to bring home in a suitcase??

Yes but be aware of restrictions, which. are principally, but not limited to: live plants, viable veg and fruit and viable seeds. Check out customs page for your destination.

I recommend Riba Smith and Rey (some of their stores carry more selection than others). There are many options here both in the supers and in places to eat that you will find plant based options.
